MyBasket operates as an online grocery and essentials delivery platform serving customers in Karnataka and other supported regions in India.

The business complies with applicable Indian laws including:

• Legal Metrology Act, 2009
• GST Regulations applicable in India
• Karnataka Shops and Commercial Establishments Act
• Food Safety & Standards Regulations where applicable

3. User Accounts

• Customers must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
• Fake accounts or fraudulent activities are strictly prohibited.
• MyBasket reserves the right to suspend suspicious accounts.

4. Orders & Acceptance

• Orders placed are subject to stock availability.
• MyBasket reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order.
• Pricing errors may result in cancellation before dispatch.
• Delivery availability depends on supported pincodes.
• Estimated delivery times are approximate only.

5. Pricing & GST

All product prices displayed on the platform are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive/exclusive of GST as applicable under Indian taxation laws.

• GST invoices may be generated for eligible purchases.

• Delivery charges may apply based on location.

6. Payments

• Payments are processed securely through authorized gateways.

• Failed transactions may take time for bank reversal.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

8. Delivery Conditions

• Customers must provide accurate address and contact details.
• Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in cancellation.
• Store pickup orders must be collected within the allowed time.
• Delivery partners may contact customers for coordination.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Using the platform for unlawful activities.
• Attempting to hack, abuse or damage the system.
• Providing false payment information.
• Reselling products unlawfully.
• Misuse of offers, coupons or referral systems.

10. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, content, graphics and software belong to MyBasket unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.

11. Limitation Of Liability

MyBasket shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including delivery delays caused by weather, traffic, government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances.

12. Privacy Protection

Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection standards.

13. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and the State of Karnataka.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts located in Karnataka.

MyBasket reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
